A low-impact, full-body and mind workout challenging you to focus on each movement, while strengthening and toning muscles to improve posture, strength, flexibility, and balance with emphasis on deep muscular burn and intentional stretch intertwined throughout the class

Requirements: Participants need yoga mat and 2- 5 lbs., dumbbells.
