Course Description
Power Sculpt

Get the most out of this sculpting session by adding weights in the mix. You'll cycle through full body classes that hit your core, arms and lower body, with total body strengthening and movement. This session also strengthens and tones your muscles, boosts your cardio and endurance, and provides dramatic results!

Requirements: Participants need a yoga mat and a pair of 1-3 lbs., weights.
